The rules for using instap.app. Short version: the site is here to tell you what we do — the work itself always runs on a signed agreement.

01Who operates this website

This website (instap.app, together with its subdomains and subpages, the “Website”) is operated by:

Instap sp. z o.o.
ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 9, 37-450 Stalowa Wola, Poland

References to “we”, “us” and “Instap” below mean Instap sp. z o.o. “You” means anyone visiting or using the Website.

02Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Website only. They set out the rules for browsing our pages and for sending us a message through the contact form.

These terms are nota contract for any software, product, licence or service. Commercial engagements with Instap — including development work, deployments, licences and support — are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing published on the Website creates such an agreement.

By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website.

03Information on the Website is not an offer

Descriptions of our services, capabilities, technologies and past work are published for information and marketing purposes. They are not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, nor a warranty, guarantee or binding commitment of any kind.

The scope, timeline, pricing and technical parameters of any project are agreed individually and confirmed in writing. We may change, extend or withdraw the content of the Website at any time without prior notice.

04Acceptable use

You may browse the Website and use the contact form for genuine business enquiries. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the availability or integrity of the Website, including automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on it;
  • submit unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages;
  • scrape, copy or systematically extract the Website’s content for republication or for training machine-learning models, without our prior written consent.

We may restrict or block access to the Website if these rules are broken or if it is necessary to keep the Website secure and available.

05Contact form

The contact form lets you send us a message. To submit it you need to provide your name, e-mail address and the content of your message; company and phone number are optional. Your message is delivered to us by e-mail through our mail provider.

Please do not send us confidential information, personal data of third parties, patient or health data, credentials, or trade secrets through the form. Use it to start a conversation — sensitive material should follow once a suitable confidentiality arrangement is in place.

Sending a message does not oblige us to reply, to enter into negotiations, or to conclude any agreement. How we handle the personal data you submit is described in our Privacy policy.

06Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, layout, graphics, diagrams, animations, source code, the Instap name and the Instap logo — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to Instap or to our licensors.

You may view the Website and print or store individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other use — in particular reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification or incorporation into other works or products — requires our prior written consent.

If you need to use the Instap name, logo or other brand assets — for example in partner materials or a case study — write to hello@instap.app and we will send you the current guidelines. Third-party names and logos appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

08Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Website available and its content accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access — maintenance, updates, or failures on the part of our hosting provider or the public internet may cause interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the Website or from reliance on its content, in particular for lost profits or other indirect or consequential loss. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish law — including liability for damage caused intentionally, for harm to life or health, and any statutory rights of consumers.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the Website’s functionality or the applicable law changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the Polish court having jurisdiction over Instap’s registered office — except where a consumer is involved, in which case jurisdiction is determined by the applicable mandatory provisions of law.

Questions about these terms are welcome at hello@instap.app or through our contact form.
